Chocolate Covered Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients:
2 pints strawberries
1 large bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 cup solid shortening
Directions:
Wash and dry strawberries. Melt chocolate and shortening in double boiler. Dip strawberries in hot chocolate and put on tray covered with wax paper or Saran Wrap. Refrigerate until chocolate is hard.
